Come be a part of this year's exciting conference. All exhibit space will be on the main floor of the hotel. Only 80 booth spaces are available. Be sure to get your payment in by June 30 if you want your company listed on the preliminary conference mailing and on the web site. Early bird pricing deadline is June 30.
Exhibit Times

Set-up and registration begins at 1:30 p.m.
Grand Opening and ribbon cutting for exhibits is Thursday, October 27, 2011 from 7:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.
Friday, October 28 – 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Booth Package
• One 8'x10' booth space
• One 6' draped table
• One identification sign per booth
• Two folding chairs
• Pipe and drape
Booth Cost
Prices: $550 for each of the first two booths until June 30, 2011
After June 30 - $600 for the first two booths
Each additional booth $525
Cancellation handling fee: $50
Deadlines
June 30, 2011
Company name will be included in the Preliminary Program
September 24, 2011
Final deadline for purchase of space. Request for refunds must be received in writing. Cancellation will result in a $50.00 handling fee.
